Ong Yiu Philip Vincent Luna "Grapes Seedlings Production" – Brgy. Taguibo ☘️Regional Upscale Category Winner: Versandeer Abuzo "RV Agriventures" – Brgy. Anticala ☘️Intercollegiate Level (₱250,000): Caraga State University Main Campus: Juveriel D. Tenio, Mauro S. Goyo and Kieth Charles Bequibel of CSU 4-H Club with their project "Black Gold Nutribar", now set to compete nationally. The winners were awarded together with Engr. Pierre Anthony D. Joven, City Agriculturist, and Engr. John Wevin A. Tingas, Senior Agriculturist and 4-H Club Focal Person—both recognized for their strong support to youth in agriculture.
