A Four-wheel Tractor and Rice Combine Harvester from DA-PhilMech under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) – Mechanization Program, together with other farm machineries: Cargo Truck, Rice Transplanter, and Farm Tractor, procured by the City Government of Butuan (CGB), were blessed today at the Butuan City Rice Research Center (BCRRC), Brgy.
